I Love This Banana Bread...It's Sweet...It's Not Bitter...There's No Nuts...But You May Add Them to Your Liking...This Recipe is A Very Old Family Recipe and Is Very Yummy!!! Please Let Me Know How You Like It, When You Bake It! Read more ! Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, smashed |
1/3 cup melted butter |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg, beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
pinch of salt |
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F 2. Smash The Banana's with A Fork Thoroughly, Then Add The Melted Butter, Egg, Vanilla, Salt, Baking Soda and Sugar and Beat with An Electric Mixer On Medium Speed About (3) for 1 Minutes... 3. Then Add The Flour By Dip Method... 4. and Continue to Beat Another Minute 5. Then Pour Into Greased (Buttered) Loaf Pans 6. Bake for 50 Minutes...at 350°F 7. Cool On Wire Rack Out of Pans for 30 Minutes 8. and Serve Warm with Real Butter 9. Makes 1 Loaf... 10. I Always Make 2 Loaves...Because The 1st One Gets Eaten Quickly... |
