This is a crazy yet tasty salad that can be made in no time.
Ingredients:
for the salad
1 package of broccoli slaw
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (more if you want)
1 package of ramen noodles ( the flavor doesn't matter since you won't use the seasoning package)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (or whatever dried fruit you like; or none at all)
for the dressing
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablspoons sugar (more if you want it sweeter)
1 cup canola oil
Directions:
1. Put everything in a salad bowl,
2. Whisk together the vinegar sugar and oil to make the dressing
3. Pour the dressing over the salad
4. Toss
5. Enjoy
