This was a quick tossed together lunch. Major plus: it's a slightly healthier approach to the classic. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can tuna (drained) |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
4 -5 chopped kalamata olives, depending on preference (regular old green olives work just fine too) |
