14 ounces pakacge firm light tofu, drained well |
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1 stalk celery, finely chopped |
1 scallion, chopped |
1 teaspoon pickle relish or 1 teaspoon finely chopped dill pickles |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl, mush tofu or press thru potato masher. Add yogurt, celery, scallion, relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. |
