This recipe came from a friend of mine and is different from other spinach dips because it does not contain mayo! Wouldn't let me enter 2 packages of Italian Dressing Mix. (Guessing on serving amount.) Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach |
1 (32 ounce) container sour cream |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package good seasonings italian salad dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Thaw spinach and squeeze out all the moisture.
2. Mix together with sour cream and dressing mix.
3. Chill.
