No-Knead Bread with Almonds & Cranberries

Round loaf with ~ 18 unequal size slices
Ingredients:
3 cups unbleached flour
1/4 tsp instant yeast
1 1/2 tsp table salt
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup beer
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
18 servings
Directions:
1. Whisk flour, yeast, salt, almonds and cranberries
2. add water, beer and vinegar to form a shaggy ball
3. Cover bowl, sit at room temperature for 8 to 18 hours
4. Knead 14 times
5. transfer to parchment lined skillet and let rise for 2 hours
6. Bake in preheated dutch oven for 30 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered.
7. 425 degrees
