No Fuss, No Fry, Baked Fried Rice |

This fried rice is baked, in one dish. It taste good, and doesn't get any easier. Ingredients:
2 cups long grain rice |
1/4 cup canola oil |
1 can mushroom (keep juice) |
1 package onion soup mix |
2 tablespoons soya sauce |
1 green bell pepper (chopped) |
1 cup celery (chopped) |
4 green onions (chopped) |
water, plus mushroom juice to equal 4 1/2 cups |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and put in a baking dish. 2. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. 3. When done, any cooked meat of your choice can be added. |
