No-Fry-Pan Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:
6 4oz skinned/boned chicken breast halves, cut in 18 strips
1 8.5oz can chow mein noodles
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/2 cup(s) nonfat buttermilk
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 teaspoon(s) reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt-free herb and spice blend
Directions:
1. Place noodles in electric blender or food processor and process til crumbs form. Place in shallow dish.
2. Combine buttermilk and next 4 ingredients. Dip each chicken strip into mixture and coat with crumbs. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees a little less than 18 min. Turn and bake an additional 15 min or til golden brown.
