An easy breakfast or brunch dish!
Ingredients:
no flip omelet
8 beaten eggs
2 cups milk
24 crushed crackers (saltines)
2 cups chopped cheese (any kind)
2 cups cooked sausage, crumbled
3 tbsps. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
mix together and pour into a glass cake pan or (11 x71/2 ) baking dish. put in refrigerator overnight covered. bake 350° 45-50 minutes uncovered. will be done when knife inserted comes out clean.
