A delicious no fat, low carb, dressing for salads, veggies, chicken, fish or whatever your imagination can come up with. Great for diabetics and low carbers. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container fat free cream cheese |
1/2 lime, zest of |
1/2 lime, juice of |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 g equal sugar substitute (1 pkt) |
salt and pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) |
1 teaspoon vinegar, to thin mixture |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender, or mixer. 2. Blend well. 3. Add to favorite dish. |
