Very light, tasty summer salad. I like to eat it for breakfast. Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt |
1 1/2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups carrots, shredded |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice to make dressing. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients. 3. Chill at least 15 minutes. |
