Low in sugar and no fat Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1 tbsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1 cup ripe banana (mashed) |
1/8 cup white sugar |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1 egg |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F / 175 C 2. Line muffin cups with paper muffin liners 3. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda. 4. In a separate bowl, beat together banana, sugar, egg, vanilla and applesauce. 5. Stir banana mixture into flour until just combined. 6. Scoop batte into prepared muffin cups. 7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. |
