These turn out moist and yummy. good enough to eat just because you like them. Ingredients:
1/2 cup applesauce |
1/2 cup apple, diced |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/8 teaspoon clove |
2 eggs |
6 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2/3 cup powdered milk |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup carrot, grated |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Spray muffin tins with Pam. 3. Divide equally. 4. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. |
