Noodles are easy; they just seem hard. Try this recipe; you will find it is perfect every time. Ingredients:
2 whole eggs |
2 cups flour |
1/8 cup milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Break eggs in a bowl. 2. Add flour, milk and salt. 3. Mix to a ball stage. 4. Roll dough out on a floured table or board. 5. Cut noodles with pizza cutter. 6. Cook in broth 20 minutes. |
