1 (14 ounce) package extra firm tofu, pressed and crumbled |
1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise |
1/4 cup pickle, chopped |
1/4 cup onion, grated |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon turmeric |
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste) |
Directions:
1. place all ingredients in bowl and mash with a fork until well blended. 2. enjoy the way you would regular egg salad, minus the guilt. |
