See recipe for cook time. I don't know were I got this but on the paper the recipe is by Niki Bolls. Ingredients:
4 medium-size sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened |
1 egg |
1/2 to 1 teaspoon almond extract |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients except whipped cream in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. 2. Spoon mixture into a 9-inch pieplate. 3. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. 4. Serve warm or cool with a dollop of whipped cream. 5. Yield: one 9-inch pie. |
