Ingredients:
24 ounce(s) fresh strawberries |
1 package(s) (2.1 oz) sugar-free cook and serve vanilla pudding |
1 package(s) (.6 oz) sugar-free strawberry gelatin |
2 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Rinse and hull berries and layer in a 10 inch pie pan. 2. In a medium saucepan combine pudding, gelatin, and water. Stir well and bring to a full boil. Pour mixture over strawberries and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Top with light whipped topping prior to seriving. |
