Ingredients:
3 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
vanilla ice cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine chocolate and butter in top of a double boiler; cook over boiling water until melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool. 2. Add chocolate mixture to eggs; beat well. Add sugar, flour, milk, salt, and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour mixture into a well-greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired. |
