Goes great at those family reunions Ingredients:
large can of evaporated milk |
3 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
3 tsb levels flour |
3 tsb. butter |
3/4 tsp.nutmeg |
1 tsp.vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix all above ingredients in blender. 2. Grease a 9 pyrex pie pan with a soild shortening ( i Use Crisco) Generously flour and shake off excess. 3. Pour mixture into pie pan. Bake at 325 for 45 Mins. or until knife comes out clean. 4. Pie will puff up very high while baking but will settle down once removed from oven. 5. Serve warm or cold. |
