Makes 2 pies. Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten |
1 3/4 cups sugar |
2 cups whole milk |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well blended. 3. Grease two 9-inch pie plates and divide mixture evenly between them. 4. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. |
