This is a recipe that my grandmother handed down to me and we still make it every year when it is time to harvest our garden. It is so much fun to make and will keep for up to a year in the fridge. The smell is wonderful and it is so easy. Ingredients:
4 quarts tomatoes |
1 cup chopped celery |
1 cup chopped onion |
4 chopped green bell peppers |
1 cup vinegar |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup salt |
1 bunch cilantro |
Directions:
1. Mix together vinegar, sugar, and salt until everything is dissolved. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. |
