Using egg substitute instead of real eggs in this recipe allows you to skip the usually required cooking process. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk |
3/4 cup fat-free half-and-half |
3/4 cup egg substitute |
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk |
3/4 cup egg substitute |
2 tablespoons bourbon |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher. Cover and chill until ready to serve. 2. *1 1/2 cups vanilla-flavored soymilk may be substituted. 3. Note: For testing purposes, we used Egg Beaters egg substitute and Silk Vanilla Soymilk. |
