A quick and elegant way to dress up simply cooked foods. From The Gasparilla Cookbook one of 2 wonderful cookbooks from my swap partner, Judy. Ingredients:
1/2 sour cream |
1 tablespoon chopped chives |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 dash hot sauce |
1/2 cup cooked crabmeat, flaked |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Blend or process ingredients for a smooth sauce or whisk to combine ingredients. 2. Serve at room temperature over hot cooked green veggies, baked potatoes or fish. |
