I make these every weekend My Husbands Italian and the kids love them so Enjoy!!! Ingredients:
3 lbs lean ground beef |
2 egg whites (beat) |
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 onion (chopped) |
3 garlic cloves (chopped) |
salt and pepper |
italian seasoning |
2 cups low-fat parmesan cheese (grated) |
1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese |
tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350. 2. mix all ingredients together in large bowl. 3. brown your meatballs in olive oil in your frying pan ( turn them a few times). 4. then place them on cookie sheet and bake them for about 20 min ( till done). 5. Pour your favorite sauce over them.Enjoy! |
