minus the green pepper, red pepper flakes, & rice
Ingredients:
16 oz shrimp, 12 oz turkey bacon, 14 oz turkey sausage, 1 lg vandalia onion, 1 yellow pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 orange pepper, 1 c. cele
Directions:
1. Saute veggies in 2 Tbsp olive oil until tender while browning turkey bacon. Add the rest when & cook until warm. Note: I used shrimp & turkey sausage that was pre-cooked.
