3 very ripe bananas |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat overn to 325. Grease a loaf pan. 2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl and add the sugar. 3. Whisk in the eggs. 4. Sift in the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. 5. Bake for about 1 hour or until a cake tester comes out clean. 6. Allow to stand and cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan. |
