An easy tasty stuffing that I adapted recently from a crockpot recipe. Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 can celery soup |
2 cans chicken broth |
1 onion, chopped |
12 c. day old bread cubes, dried overnight |
4 eggs |
1 tsp. sage |
1 tsp. poultry seasoning |
salt and pepper |
2 tbs. butter |
Directions:
1. Mix together the first 9 ingredients, pour into a greased 6 qt. baking dish, dot with butter. Cook at 350 for 45 - 60 min. until cooked through and set. |
