spicy chili with no beans...can substitute venison, sausage, any kind of ground meat Ingredients:
1 lb ground meat |
1 quart canned tomato |
6 ounces tomato paste |
2 cups beef broth |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
3 sliced garlic cloves |
1/2 cup sliced celery |
1/2 tablespoon salt |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
1/2 tablespoon chili pepper flakes |
3/4 teaspoon cumin |
3/4 teaspoon cocoa |
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
2 tablespoons chopped and seeded pickled jalapeno peppers |
1 tablespoon chopped and seeded canned chipotle chile |
Directions:
1. Brown meat with onion, garlic and celery. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour. |
