This is a recipe that I helped my sister to create for a state fair recipe contest. It won a ribbon, and is a great sweet treat to make with kids! Ingredients:
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs |
1 t. sugar |
2 t. butter, melted |
1-1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 (of a 14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk |
mini marshmallows |
Directions:
1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. 2. Put 1 tsp. of mixture in each of 12 mini muffin cups; packing down firmly. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 3. Mix together chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. 4. Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes, stirring after 1-1/2 minutes. 5. Stir well. Put 1 heaping tsp. in each mini muffin cup. 6. Top with marshmallows. 7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. |
