A no bake cookie recipe using oats, peanut butter and raisins to make a healthy chocolatey cookie Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence |
3 ounces granulated sugar |
15 g cocoa powder |
1 cup oats |
3 ounces milk |
60 g crunchy peanut butter |
70 g raisins |
Directions:
1. Heat milk, sugar and cocoa powder over high heat until boiling, stirring constantly. 2. Take off heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter; stir until peanut butter has melted completely. 3.
