Natural protein bars that taste great Ingredients:
2 cups plain dry oatmeal |
4 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works best) |
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter |
1/3 cup water or 1/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper. 2. Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars. 3. Keep refrigerated between consumption. |
