Quick solution for high-priced protein bars. A little soft, but OK. Going to try some other recipes. Ingredients:
5 t peanut butter |
1/2 c rolled oats |
1/2 c whole wheat flour |
6 scoops whey protein powder |
1 c milk, dry, nonfat, instant |
1/2 c chocolate chips |
1/2 c raisins |
3 t honey |
1 t vanilla |
1/2 c water |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients 2. Mix wet ingredients 3. Mix all ingredients 4. Spread on wax paper 5. Dust with a little whole wheat flour |
