Made from whole raw foods and no cook time, these tasty sweet treats will satisfy your hunger! Ingredients:
2 cups cashews or 2 cups mixed nuts |
1 cup dates |
1/2 cup peanut butter (fresh ground if available) |
1/2 cup dried craisin (cranberry raisins) |
1/4 cup honey |
coconut (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, add Dates and Cashews and chop well. Pour in to a bowl and add Peanut Butter, Honey and Cranberry Raisins and mix well. 2. Roll dough into 3/4 inch balls, and then roll outsides in coconut. Refrigerate, then serve. |
