No Bake Pineapple Cream Cake |

A super easy dessert with a wonderful creamy pineapple flavor Ingredients:
2 8oz cans crushed pineapple, drained |
3 t butter, melted |
1/3 c walnuts, chopped |
1/3 c sugar |
3 oz cream cheese, softened |
1 t vanilla |
4 c vanilla wafer cookie crumbs |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cookie crumbs on the bottom of a 1 qt dish.
2. Combine pineapple, butter, walnuts, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla and mix well.
3. Place 1/2 of this mixture over cookie crumbs followed by 1/3 crumb mixture then the 1/2 of pineapple mix. Top with remaining crumbs.
4. Place in fridge for several hours before serving.
5. Top with whipped cream when serving.
