No Bake Peanut Butter Nuggets |

Honey can replace the juice concentrate. If you don't have wheat germ, graham crackers can be used instead. Ingredients:
135 g natural-style peanut butter |
30 g nonfat dry milk powder |
25 g unsweetened flaked coconut |
25 g rolled oats |
1 g ground cinnamon |
30 g wheat germ |
70 g unsweetened apple juice concentrate |
Directions:
1. Combine peanut butter, milk powder, and coconut in a large mixing bowl. Stir in oats, ground cinnamon, wheat germ, and apple juice concentrate until thoroughly combined. 2. Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Chill thoroughly before serving; store remaining nuggets in the refrigerator. Nuggets can also be chilled in the freezer. |
