Yummy oatmeal cocoa cluster cookies

Ingredients:

5 1/2 tsp sugar

1/4 cup margarine

1/2 cup skim milk

3 cup oats

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Boil sugar, margarine and milk in sauce pan
3. Remove from heat, stir in rest of ingredients
4. Drop in balls onto wax paper and let cool
