No Bake Granola Flax Treats |

I haven't made these yet; I found them on a card at Meijer. They sound fantastic, though-let me know what you think! Ingredients:
1/4 cup smart balance butter spread (or butter) |
4 cups miniature marshmallows |
1 cup oatmeal |
8 cinnamon graham crackers, crushed (1 c) |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, roasted |
1/2 cup flax seed, ground |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and mixture is smooth, about 4 minutes. 2. Stir in oats, cracker crumbs, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and flax seed until thoroughly mixed. 3. Using greased hands, press into a greased 8x8 baking dish. 4. Cool completely then cut into 12 pieces. |
