Awesome for potlucks! Ingredients:
2 graham wafer crust pie shells (ready made sold in most of the grocery stores) |

1pkg. 250g cream cheese |
1 can 300ml sweetened condensed milk |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1 cup whipping cream |
1/4 cup of sugar |
fresh or canned fruit to decorate on top |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy 2. Beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice 3. In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream and sugar until stiff 4. Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture until well blended 5. Spread over crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hr or until set 6. Decorate with fresh or canned fruit before serving |
