Wonderful light no-bake peach pie. Perfect for the summer. Ingredients:
1(3oz) peach gelatin mix |
3/4c boiling water |
1c ice cubes |
2 containers(6oz. each) peach yogurt |
3c thawed frozen whipped topping,divided |
1 graham cracker crust |
peach and strawberry slices(optional) |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, stir gelatin and water until dissolved.Stir in ice cubes until melted and mixture thickens. Stir in yougurt and whipped topping. Reserve 1 c. peach mixture,pour remaining into crust. Chill pie and reserved mixture until almost set,1 hour. Top pie with reserved mixture;chill till set,4 hours. Just before serving,spread pie with 2c. thawed whipped topping. Top with peach and strawberry slices if desired. |
