Traditional No Bake Cookies using sugar and light substitues Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/4 lb oleo |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup milk |
3 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 cups quick oats |
Directions:
1. Bring Sugar, Splenda, cocoa, milk and oleo to a boil (about 3 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop on wax paper and cook. |
