Traditional No Bake Cookies using sugar and light substitues
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup splenda sugar substitute
1/4 lb oleo
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups quick oats
Directions:
1. Bring Sugar, Splenda, cocoa, milk and oleo to a boil (about 3 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop on wax paper and cook.
