I am calorie-counting for weight loss and am curious about calorie content in these. I got the recipe from Ingredients:
1 cup flour, sifted |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup butter |
4 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Cream butter, yogurt, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Blend into butter mixture. Shape dough into ball and wrap in wax paper. Chill at least 2 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Roll out dough slightly less than 1/4 inch thick. Cut. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Brush with egg white. Bake 15 minutes. |
