Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter, softened |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup coconut |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
2 1/2 cups uncooked oatmeal |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 cups powdered sugar |
1 1/2-2 cups toasted coconut |
Directions:
1. Toast coconut and let cool. 2. Beat together cream cheese and butter. 3. Add vanilla and sugar. 4. Stir in oats, nuts and 3/4 C coconut. 5. Shape into balls, as big or as small as you'd like. 6. Roll in toasted coconut. 7. Chill. |
