This is my favorite kind of summertime recipe. Cool, easy and no bake. It's also easy to adapt to a sugar free diet by substituting a sugar free cake and pudding and using skim milk instead of whole. The cook time listed is actually the time it takes to chill. Ingredients:
1 angel food cake ( 10 inch ) |
2 packages instant vanilla pudding |
2 cups coconut |
1 carton cool whip |
4 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Crumble angle food cake in large dish. 2. Mix instant pudding& milk according to the instructions on the package. 3. Add coconut. 4. Pour over cake and mix thoroughly. 5. Top with cool whip, chill. |
