NO BAKE COCOA RUM BALLS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ritchie Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla wafers crushed fine |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 cup chopped pecans |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
2 tablespoons light corn syrup |
1/4 cup rum |
granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. Stir together crumbs, confectioners sugar, pecans and cocoa then ad corn syrup and rum. 2. Mix well and with wet hands shape into 1” balls then roll in granulated sugar. |
