is made with instant sugar-free chocolate pudding, cream cheese, unflavored gelatin, and graham crackers Ingredients:
2 packs instant sugar-free chocolate pudding |
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk |
1 cup splenda or other sugar-substitute to equal 1 cup |
2 pkts. unflavored gelatin |
2 cups cold water |
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese |
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring |
1 pkg. chocolate graham cracker crumbs, crushed; reserve 1 cup |
1/2 c. margarine melted |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine pudding and milk. 2. In small bowl or glass measuring cup, dissolve gelatin and water. Heat in microwave and then chill til room temperature. 3. In medium bowl, cream cream cheese and sweetener til smooth. Add vanilla. 4. In another bowl, combine margarine and crumbs (all except for reserved crumbs) and press into 13X9 pan. Chill in refrigerator. 5. combine pudding mixture, cheese mixture, and gelatin and mix til completely smooth. 6. Pour into pan and chill til completely chilled and set. 7. May top with reserved crumbs. 8. Serve |
