Easy dessert to put together during the hot summer months, enjoy Ingredients:
1 c. vanilla or white chips |
2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese cubed |
1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping thawed |
1 graham cracker crust |
1/3 c. english toffee bits |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan melt chips over medium low heat; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into the pie crust. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set. Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits. |
