8 ounces soft cream cheese |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add milk and stir until well mixed. 2. Blend in juice and extract. 3. Turn into a prepared graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving. |
