I am sure everyone has a version of quick cheesecake pie they love. This is mine. The sour cream makes such a difference in this. So refreshing for summer. Ingredients:
1 ready graham craker pie crust |
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream |
2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed (as in cool whip) |
can pie filling of your choice, or fresh fruit, fudge sauce, or raspberry sauce, or carmel sauce...anything you wish you can use any crust you wish. |
Directions:
1. Beat cheese untl smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. |
