I really like to serve something special on Sunday, but I haven't felt well for awhile. Found this really easy recipe in the Minnesota Valley Centenial Cookbook. Ingredients:
1 pre-made graham crumb crust |
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (regular or reduced fat) |
1 box instant pudding mix ( vanilla or lemon are good, any is fine) |
2 cups cold milk |
fresh or drained canned fruit. |
Directions:
1. Lightly soften cream cheese at room temperature. 2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. 3. S l o w l y beat in milk until smooth. 4. Add pudding mix and beat 2 minutes. 5. Pour into crust and chill 1 hour. 6. Serve wedges topped with fruit of your choice. |
