The lightest cheesecake I have ever had. So flavourful it doesn't need any topping. Ingredients:
2 (20 sheet) packages graham crackers |
11 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons sugar |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert |
500 ml whipping cream |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Crust. 2. Crush Graham Crackers. 3. mix melted butter and sugar. 4. add graham crackers and mix well. 5. Put into a 9' Spring pan and chill. 6. (The pre-make crusts work too) 7. Cheesecake Mixture. 8. Whip cream cheese until soft. 9. add:. 10. lemon juice. 11. sugar 12. strawberry jello. 13. vanilla. 14. In another bowl Whip the whipping cream until fluffy. 15. add to other ingredients and whip well. 16. Pour into pan. 17. Refridgerate until set (About 4 hours). 18. Enjoy! |
